1. Scope
Hermes Agent ("the App") is a private, personal-use automation tool operated by Chance Starseeker. It is used by its owner and no one else. It is not distributed, published, sold, or offered for use by any other person or organization.
2. Use of the App
The App is operated solely on the owner's own devices and connects only to the owner's own Google Account. No third party is granted access to the App, its credentials, or the data it can reach.
3. Google Account access
By authorizing the App, the account owner grants it the access described in the [Privacy Policy](https://www.chancestarseeker.com/privacy). Access may be revoked at any time at [https://myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is an experimental personal tool and may produce incorrect output, fail, or stop working without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
Because the App is a personal, non-commercial tool used only by its owner, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
